I have used this product several times; after having COPD and repeated episodes of bronchitis; following allergies both inside and seasonally. After starting to use this product I no longer need steroids and other seriously side-effect ridden medications that were causing me so many other-problems! I have been able to recover tremendously and actually begin healing instead of just getting by! LOVE the regular and the Ultimate no noticeable difference in either product. This product works great! I get bronchitis every winter, and I usually have to go to the doctor and take prescription meds to clear it. However, now all I have to do is use this product and it cures my bronchitis! I use it multiple times a year. It's inexpensive and easy to use. Natures Secret is a reliable complany. Stay Healthy! :)
