If you buy just one version buy this version of Ultimate Ride. The other versions are nice to have as well because the themes are copied over into this game during install, and you can't have too many themes and items to place in your coasters. It's one of the best coasters sims available. Check out coastersims.com and ultimateridegame.com for tracks and goodies. Share your own creations and be a part of the coaster building community. You just can't beat this game in your collection.

I thought this was a cool game when I first played it. You can make cool sound effects go with the scenery, have Disney characters judge your ride and ride actual roller coasters from Disneyland. I just wish that there was:
1. More Toontown and Frontierland scenery
2. More lands to build your rides on
3. Bigger spaces to build your rides
and 4. Some way to build a pond so you wouldn't have to put boats on dry land.
What I DO like about it is:
1. You can ride your ride or other rides

2. Great sound effects
3. Great graphics
4. It's addictive!!

I also liked the "Flying" coaster, which makes it look like you are soaring through the air without any supports. I also like that some scenery will activate(blow up, burn ect.) or make sound effects as you ride past.

Ultimate Ride Coaster: Disney Edition is a great family game with no horrible violence that other games have. Buy today!

When I bought this game, I thought I was going to be able to build a place like Disneyland. Not true. In this game, you can create roller coasters and that is it, you can't do anything with them.

If all you want to do is build roller coasters, this is perfect for you. You can build in the dark space roller coasters and roller coasters that tell you stories.

I suggest this game to anyone who is just interested in the roller coasters and not in to theme parks. For those of you I would suggest Roller Coaster Tycoon.

I have played many different roller coaster games. This one is 5 out of 5 stars for me. If you install Ultimate Ride Coaster or the Deluxe version you will have more props that you can put in the environment. I have had a lot of success with this program. I am very pleased with it.

Yeh, i really don't like this game now, firstly it isn't very good for the eyes and secondly it gets boring after afew short plays on the game. Realy cant rate games because some do get really boring after a while of playing on them. The good to this game is the amazing graphics nd the rolarcoasters. Thebad is that once you have built one that you are in charge of, you ride it colse up but no people seen or not a theme park just a rolarcoasterthat is built only. Although there are the props,the extras on the themepark. Would recomend for a child only otherwise an older person might get bored of it after the first few plays on the game.

I recomend this to everone in the world. It is for thrill seakers of every age. It's got every thing from wooden, steel& the new inverted roller coasters. You get 6 environments to choose from and various styles of cars. It's rated E for everyone and it's vary cheap. this game is only compatable for windows 95/98/ME/XP CD. so hold on to your lunch and buy Roller Coaster FACTERY 2.

This game is excellent. It allows you to build rollercoasters exactly the way you picture them. And the game is so addicting, you will probably be on it all day. Take my advice and buy this game. It is without doubt the best PC game I have ever played.

I absolutely love this game, it's fun, easy to use, and you get to ride your creations! I recommend this to all you Disney rollar coaster fans.

If you're into designing the rides, this game is much better than Roller Coaster Tycoon, which is a fine game, but should have been called Amusement Park Tycoon because it's more about managing the park.
This game is about building the rides! While simple enough to learn, it offers more creative freedom than RCT allowing you to bend track shapes & tweak them to fit, unlike RCT which limits you to the prefab modules. This one has modules as well, but they're tweakable.
You can also add your own music, so you can try to recreate Space Mountain with the actual Michael Giacchino score!
Eventually you might want to get really technical with No Limits Coaster, but this is a great starter with a much smaller learning curve, perfect for getting your feet wet!

Because of the different themes that you can build , this makes it more exciting and creative. I enjoy it tieme after time. hopefully disney immegers are working on more and newer coasters and theme park ideas to be implemented into a game to build an entire park would be really creative, I would surely purchase this game and recomend it to all ages to enjoy.
