I ordered this CD because I'm making a short film, and needed some sounds to add to the film. Since the title of the CD was "people and sounds", I thought it would be exactly what I was looking for, seen that the setting of my film is a school, with kids coming and going, banging doors or knocking on them, running and so on. In reality the Cd is rather limited, both because of the length of the sounds themselves, and the choice of the noises themselves. I'll make some examples: in the section dedicated to "general people ambience" we have something like "wedding reception-early" and "wedding reception-late", but the section lacks of some of the most common people ambiences like a railway station, a classroom (yes, ok, I'm biased: I needed this sound for my film!), a road (but there is "an auction", a "baseball-base hit" etc.). As far as the section "People movements" is concerned we have some very specific sounds ( "inflating a balloon"), but there aren't many more common sounds (an example: opening/closing a door). The quality of the sounds is acceptable, even if there are some of them which can't be very easily distinguished. All in all, let's say that the quality of this Cd matches its price. If you need it to make tricks and jokes with your friends it can be ok, but if you need it for something more professional, well, you'd better spend some more money, and get something else!
