About the Author
Ellen Coleman is a registered dietician and exercise physiologist and a columnist for Sports Medicine Digest. As an athlete she has completed the Ironman Triathalon twice in addition to numerous marathons and distance bicycle races. Suzanne Nelson Steen is the coauthor of Play Hard—Eat Right a guide to sports nutrition for children. She is also a registered dietician currently working with college and Olympic athletes.

I cannot give a considered review of this item.
1. I purchased it for a female friend. 2. The female friend wanted it to give to a relative. 3. Both my female friend and myself are ethically opposed to organised sport. 4. Our opposition is based on several observations. a. Organised sport is far too commercially oriented. b. Sport (not exercise) is excessively competitive. c. Sports injuries overwhelm our medical facilities. d. Sport (the opiate of the masses) is lauded way out of proportion. 5. Lots more but that should be enough.
