Since this is a channeled report by Robert Shapiro, it reveals more clearly the thoughts and ideas of the Andromedans than a human scientific explanation. Sorry, but information from certain psychic realms seem to leapfrog today's science which deals only with what we can see or feel or hear with our physical senses. Andromedans would be considered a benevolent extraterrestrial species who are also very highly technological and spiritually developed. A lot of what they expound goes beyond what Billy Meier's Plejarens have released to him. Like most space travelling extraterrestrials they are a telepathic race, and their story illustrates a definite order and structure of their civilization.
