As a bride-to-be with very little knowledge of what wedding planning entails, I ordered this book hoping for some stress relief. It turned out to be a great choice with a lot of wonderful lists, cost cutting tips and pictures. No matter what type or size of wedding you're planning there is information in this guide to help you. Also, I liked that it had a list of cost estimates for various services; for example, I had no idea what hiring what a minister would cost and this book provided me with a realistic range. The only problem I had with it was that it wasn't big enough to add a lot of paperwork to; I had to buy a seperate accordian file.

This book is a lot smaller than I thought it would have been but it touches on a little bit of everything that you would need for a wedding.

It is not comprehensive enough to use on its own so I would use it as a sort of check-list that I can carry around.

This book does give helpful hints and good questions to ask prospective vendors. I do kind of feel it is a waste, because it does not allow for information to be added to the book and I will not carry this book around with me. The information found in the is book and be easily found online for free.

So, I bought the big purple binder titled "the complete wedding planner and organizer" and this same little planner at the same time and i got the really big binder first and was so excited because it came with a 3 hole punch and over a 100 worksheets. but once i got this little guy i realized that its just the smaller version so i decided that ill just keep the big one for all the stuff thats not included and just keep it for when i have babiesThe Complete Wedding Planner & Organizer

The seller did a great job. Book is a little banged up but could have happened from shipping. Overall am not impressed with the book itself. It seems dated and to small to make notes on.

i like the organization and space to write (with prompts) but i have decided i do NOT like the spiral bound type of book to write in- the right side ends up looking weird because i have to contort my hand around the spiral. plus, the way the cover is constructed it doesn't seem like much of a keepsake.
i am buying a ring bound book next.

This was a gift for my best friend who was getting married. She used this as her bible for the 9 months before the wedding and was totally in control (except for the pre-wedding jitters) due to it's organizational capabilities. The wedding went off without a hitch and they are blissfully enjoying themselves!
