Paul Dunbar (born April 22, 1989) is just a regular guy who's into diet and exercise. Paul never really struggled with obesity until his college years. Eating unhealthy cafeteria food, eating late at night, keeping unhealthy snacks on hand, and lack of exercise led to his weight gain. During his years of obesity he knew he had to do everything in his power to lose that excess fat or it would be the death of him. As a result he accomplished goal of weight loss and got inspired to become an author.
