Living in Southern Italy ignited her passion for cooking in wood-fired ovens. Anna later moved to an olive farm in Tuscany, where she prepared many meals at the old communal and private wood-burning ovens that are a staple of Italian cooking.
Now living in California, Anna is the owner of Los Angeles Ovenworks, a small company that imports handcrafted wood-fired ovens from Italy. You can often find her in her backyard kitchen, baking in her oven and enjoying delicious meals with friends and family.
