We first discovered this over a year ago at Long's Drugs which has since been bought by CVS. It is a great mixed fiber blend that does not even give my 80 year old mother gas. They are a great way to get your 20-30 grams/day of fiber that keeps the colon healthy and helps encourage healthy eating.

Love this product..have tried several others and nothing even comes close to how well these work. Used to be able to buy them at a few stores..now can only find on line..as long as I can get them..it is fine with me.

I am convinced that finding the right fiber supplement is a very individualized thing. What works well for one person, just won't cut it for others. But, this looked like a good value and had good reviews, so I bought it. Like most fiber pills, you will take a fair amount of these, and I did. They didn't do all that I hoped for, but I could tell they did some good. After I used them all I didn't rush out and buy more, but looked for something else. I finally went with the powdered junk that you mix with water and tastes like you just drank and oak branch. That is what I wanted to avoid when I bought this product, but the sawdust fiber in water seemed to work better. But I'd sure recommend anyone try this and see if it is right for you. If not, you're not out much, and they were decent so long as you know you are taking a lot of pills. Give it a try and you may be pleasantly surprised.

I have colon damage and am very sensitive to certain types of fiber. This helps me get my required fiber without being a laxative. No cramps. No bloating. No upset stomach. I just take 2 with each meal. You can take twice as much if you want.
Amazon's subscription price is the best price I've found anywhere...and I really looked :-)
The packaging makes it easy to take with you too. It stays fresh and usuable. Just wish they had the jumbo size bottle to keep at home. Lots of packing seems to go to waste.

Really like the way these work. One of the things that drew me to this product was the multiple sources of fiber.

This brand is the only one that works well for me, but it has disappeared from stores (why?). I am delighted to find it on Amazon, from which I order books and other things regularly. So -- no shipping, either!
