The actual harness will be a bit of a struggle to first figure out how to set it around your waist so it's nice and tight, but once it's set, it's good to go! As for the dong, it's a good size overall, the 5 inches are rather generous, but moreover the girth is quite wide for its length (I believe it's 5.5 inches all around). So depending on what you use it for, you might have to take it in consideration: for anal first timers, it might be a bit large, as for fellacio first timers, it's great, except for the scent of the plastic which, after while becomes a bit much, other than that it's good to go (in)!
