I now own over 200 of these cases, I have transferred a LOT of VHS tapes over to DVD and these cases have worked well for me. They are well constructed and it is easy to print and insert an outside cover. This are exactly like the cases that most DVD movies are sold in. I also store some game DVDs in them.

One note, I have purchased both the single disc cases and the 4 disc cases, both Ultra brand and I can recommend both.

I should have listened to the people who reviewed this product and gave it one star. I'd have given it zero stars if that were an option. These cases are flimsy pieces of junk. Three out of the ten were broken and had chunks of plastic actually missing when I received them. I don't normally write reviews but I was so disappointed with this product I felt I owed it to other consumers to give them a warning. Do yourself a favor - don't waste your money on this product.

This is an elcellent product for storing DVDs. It is well made and takes up a lot less room than standard cases.

Hey these work great for home use. Some cases fall apart the first or second time you remove the disks, but not this one. Highly recommended product.

These cases are of standard thickness and are in no way, shape or form "slim" or even "slimmer" than normal. When you point this out to them, they say you can return the order -- at your own expense. If you have any problems with the fraud artists at TigerDirect, you should just deal with it via a credit card chargeback rather than let TigerDirect scam you.

I don't know if Ultra has changed its product since other reviewers bought theirs, but the Ultra DVD cases I received today were a massive disappointment.

It's not the fact that they're the size of a regular single DVD case rather than a slim one (I expected that), but that they have cheap spindles, cheap inner sleeves, and (worse) a rough texture where the DVDs fit in. The inner DVD sleeves are so rough, with picky areas where the cutouts for the opposite spindles are, that I got scratches on a pristine DVD by simply trying to fit it on a spindle ... When I gave up (because trying to pop the DVD on the spindle was impossible without bending the DVD), I noticed the scratches--and realized: I can't use the inner sleeves on these things! I've just wasted my money.

These are pure junk. TDK used to make really nice quad cases; too bad they discontinued them.

I would not recommend these to anyone who cares about their DVDs.

Highly recommended if you're short of space on your DVD rack. Inserts of double DVDs fit perfectly in half the space of a standard DVD case.

I had purchased a box of these cases at a retail store, so I had the fortune of seeing them before buying them. I'm glad I chose to buy them. In fact, I wish I had bought more since the store no longer carries them. They are the same dimensions as any normal DVD movie (not like the newer "slim" cases). The big advantage, however is that you can store 4 DVD/CDs in the space of one. I am trying to free as much space as possible in my video library, so these came in very handy. I have been quite happy with the quality of the cases, though I have heard that they are easily damaged in shipment. They are more expensive to order from Ultra Products website.
I ordered another box from Computer Brain through Amazon.com. It came very quickly and with minimal damage. A few had scuffs on the spine and one had a piece broken at the corner. Judging by the perfect condition of the packaging, I have assume that the damage happened prior to packaging for shipment to me.

The cases are of good quality. The price was decent for the amount of cases in the pack. I only wish they came with the blank labels that some other DVD cases do. I had to make my own and cut them to fit which was unexpectedly time-consuming.

This may be a very good product (I haven't tried it yet), but why is it priced $13.72 when the manufacturer suggested retail price is $9.99?
