This was a horrible, deceptive experience. I ordered an Ultra Pro Bat Tube, but what showed up on my doorstep was a cheap generic knock-off! After emailing BiggSports about my disappointment I received a response with an apology and an assurance that they would send the correct item. I waited ... and waited ... A couple of weeks later I received a return label to send back the "incorrect" item (no accompanying letter, no explanation of what to do, nothing in the hand written envelope other than the label). I sent back the cheap knock-off and continued to wait, expectantly, for the authentic Ultra Pro Bat Tube ... and waited ... and waited ... Eventually, I got an email that said that BiggSports had refunded my purchase price because they did not have the correct item in stock and didn't expect to get any more. This experience took A MONTH!! I don't believe BiggSports ever intended to sell me the correct item, and just hoped that customers would be gullible and accept the cheap generic knock-offs!! After a month I had to start my purchasing process all over with a different company! Don't trust BiggSports!!
