4.0 out of 5 stars Pro Gaming Case
Customer Video Review     Length:: 2:36 Mins
Larger than expected but with some surprises that wasn't noted in the product description, such as cardboard instead of corrugated foam for the insert, and no oval shaped area. Though all in all still a good buy.

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent but with Design Problems
It's a decent gaming case and protects my decks well, the foam is also well cut, the construction is of average qualify, but I have two major problems with the design of the case:

1. There's no handle on the case, it's often awkward to carry it or even grab it when you don't want to put it on your shoulders. I often bring my case to work for lunch game...

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Product but one of the pictures is inaccurate, August 6, 2011

I needed this box for my Magic cards and its great but I was a little disappointed when I opened the box. The 2nd pictures that shows what it looks like on the inside is not the correct picture. The picture shows a oval shaped area designed to hold dice and tokens for game play. The case doesn't have that area for dice. It has 6 section but they are all meant for cards. I have a dice bag so I have designated one of the section for my dice and tokens. It can hold a lot of content and it a very nice case. Over all I am satisfied with my purchase just beware the inside doesn't look like it does in the picture. It's just annoying when you expect to get one thing and you get another but if you read this review you will know exactly what you are getting. It's still a great buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for Trading Card Gamers!, September 23, 2005
= Durability:4.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:3.0 out of 5 stars

We bought this case for our son. He plays a variety of TCG's (trading card games), everything from YuGiOh to Pokemon to YuYuHakusho. This case is great for carrying all of those cards. He keeps different decks in different slots. These slots can hold 2 deck boxes each and he uses that to his advantage. There's even a removeable slot that is alittle more shallow to keep a coin and dice in. The foam insert keeps his cards safe from bouncing around too much and damaging the cards. There's an area on the inside of the lid for special cards and a gaming book or two.

I thought this was an excellent product. The only reason I gave it a 3 in education is that it's a case, nothing more. The educational value comes from the strategy learned in the card games. He is learning to take better care of his decks though, so that's a plus. I gave it a 4 in durability because the insert is a stiff foam. The corners can be squished down, so I do recommend deck boxes.

All in all, he uses it all the time now, and it works with something he enjoys. I couldn't ask for more then that.

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent but with Design Problems, November 30, 2010

It's a decent gaming case and protects my decks well, the foam is also well cut, the construction is of average qualify, but I have two major problems with the design of the case:

1. There's no handle on the case, it's often awkward to carry it or even grab it when you don't want to put it on your shoulders. I often bring my case to work for lunch game sessions, along with my existing work bag, this proves to be an major annoyance.

2. The big inner pocket is nice for oversize cards, but there's no zipper on it. When you open the top, it falls back to a 45 degree angle, which leaves your content to slide out.

Because of the no handle issue alone, I'm currently seeking an alternative gaming case.

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent Case for Gamers, December 19, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Ultra Pro Zippered Gaming Case with Corrugated Insert (Sports)
The ultra pro gaming case is a decent zippered gaming case for ccg players or collectors. Like the other reviewers, dont' get fooled by the pic, it has no foam protection or a slot for dice. There are just six compartments separated by a cardboard material, which although its not the greatest, it should hold. Nice features about this case is that it can hold a lot of cards. I stacked up to 180 cards with sleeves in a compartment but it can hold more to the side. I will say that it easy holds +200 cards with sleeves per compartment. Or, if your a constant buyer of Ultra Pro deck boxes, it can hold 2 of these per compartment. You can also use this just as a regular card storage back to keep your multiple copies of your utilities cards, but the purpose of it should be to take it for your gaming store, as you can store cards in many type of metal cans or cardboard type and not spent 20 bucks.
As a downside, I don't like that it doesn't have a handle in the front besides the strap to carry it. The bad thing about this bag is that if you have loose cards in the compartment they can slide as you carry the bag around. To avoid that situation I had to set foam and make my own sort of inside lid to avoid things from falling. Also, be careful when opening the case as if you put any magazines or stuff in the compartment they will just slip. The card pockets seem to hold fine.
Overall, I do recommend this bag for any gamer, it holds many decks or cards and protects the cards pretty well. There are limitations but due to the scarcity of gaming zippered bags, this seems as the most reasonable option.

4.0 out of 5 stars Practical, November 7, 2011
This review is from: Ultra Pro Zippered Gaming Case with Corrugated Insert (Sports)
I purchased this with the intention of storing multiple decks of MTG cards and other decks from other card games. Even though the picture depicts a foam insert, it had a hard cardboard insert instead. It makes no difference to me since it will serve the purpose I need it for. It is a rather large carrying case so this would be best suited for players who have many decks or anticipate to attain more decks. For more information on this product, I would refer to one of the other reviewers here who was kind enough to provide a video review.

Inside is a cardboard grid...doesn't match the photo. Yeah - I know it says Corrugated insert. But showing the wrong photo is misleading and its what I based the order on.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great, yet not everything that i ordered, August 18, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Ultra Pro Zippered Gaming Case with Corrugated Insert (Sports)
This carrying case is the ideal thing for trading card people. It holds so many decks and cards that it's just ridiculous. Though i was very disappointed. The second picture of the product showed that the case was supposed to come with a foam insert that would have an oval slot to hold like dick and such, but mine did not come with this. Maybe this is why the case is quite a bit cheaper than all the other. But since this was only like $20 compared to the $40 and up on all the others, I say this is a great buy for the true card game players such as I. I play Yugioh and magic, but this case will work with any type of card.
