I bought this product a week ago. The instruction tells you to enter the correct pin, but do not give what it is or where to find it. If you call the support line it tells you to go to the web site. At the web site they do not have the manual for this system there to look at. You can report a problem, and it will auto reply say they will contact you in three business days. Well a week has passed, the phone does not connect, and the service support has not responded.

First off, the positives: I like the design, the compactness and the range. The ability to plug satellite units in to a power source and not have to rewire every room for a phone jack is awesome. HOWEVER, the caller ID feature rarely works (I rely on my Dish receiver for the ID) and the set-up is a little tricky. I have 4 units (including the base) and for some reason, the add-on units started at unit #3 instead of #2. The fact that there is no interference like you get with the 2.4GHz phones and the microwave is nice, but the volume/ring/ID features are leaving a lot to be desired. I think it has potential if they correct the issues with future models, but I would wait.

Great add-on phone. Stylish, doesn't take up much counter or desk space, battery lasts a LONG time. (Several days on standby) Call quality is by far the best of any cordless phone that I have ever owned. Would definitely recommend.

I was especially appreciative of how expeditious they were in sending me my phone. It arrived several days before it's estimated time. And that was perfect since my old one had ceased to function.

It matches the base phone set, so that's a good thing. Also it dials out and gets calls just fine. As a phone should. "ultra slim" is kind of subjective, so to be more acurate I would say "rather skinny". I mean really who can say...

When I returned this phone, because it buzzed too loud, the receptionist told me she returned the phone also. For the same reason. I hope this information helps.
