On purchasing this adapter, I thought I had a good item for a cheap price. It really is true that you "get what you pay for." This thing fails to work completely on a blackberry 7100g. It says it is compatible in the advertisement and on the box. Don't believe it. It is junk. Avoid at all costs.

This does not work with the Blackberry 7290, plugs in fine, blackberry shows a/c power for about 1 second and then refuses the power, goes back to battery power. Original charger from cingular is $30, found a compatable one at BstBy for $20. Too bad this one doesn't work as advertised.

I got this charger today for my Blackberry 7100t phone...And it simply doesnot work. I am extremely dissapointed with the quality. I will be travelling abroad and dont have much time to go thru the whole procedure of Amazon of replacement.
