4.0 out of 5 stars hot dance sounds---but too many repeat mixes from other Ultra dnd Thrivemix volumes
I can't really complain about the music on this CD--this is pretty much a pumping disc from start to finish, with the more commercial artists on CD1. The big problem is, almost half these songs are songs we were dancing to LAST summer! 3.0 out of 5 stars I've heard it all before
I always look forward to the Ultra CDs. The problem with this CD is that nothing stands out as a "must have" track. Many of these songs are on other Ultra CDs. Where are the catchy new songs....something from Lucas Prata....a new Cascada track?? Oh well, there's always next weekend.

I can't really complain about the music on this CD--this is pretty much a pumping disc from start to finish, with the more commercial artists on CD1. The big problem is, almost half these songs are songs we were dancing to LAST summer! Plus, many of these EXACT mixes already appeared on other Ultra volumes or Thrivemix volumes, and it would be nice to see a whole new lineup of mixes that are nearly impossible to find on CD. Fresh music that was a thrill to find on this CD include "Like a Star" by Kim Sozzi, the kaskade mix of Nelly Furtado, And pretty much all of CD2, which is mostly a continuous mix of pulsing electro house beats and basslines with plenty of vocal. Track times are:

CD1

1. love is gone (5:41)

2. Who Knew (6:40)

3. glamorous (4:14)

4. now you're gone (5:39)

5. gimme more (3:23)

6. like a star (4:39)

7. wall to wall (3:14)

8. all good things (5:40)

9. toca's miracle (7:03)

10. everything (7:18)

11. ride like the wind (5:06)

12. girlfriend (5:21)

CD2

1. being in love (6:25)

2. sensual (5:13)

3. love has gone (4:28)

4. you've got to (4:13)

5. I am not drunk (4:43)

6. brazil street (4:58)

7. I can't get away (4:58)

8. the girl you lost to (6:42)
