worst reading light ever!,

I was given this reading light as a gift, and at first glance it looked great. I have had it for a few months now and I hate it. First of all, the light is very dim, it only illuminates the first few sentences of a page. It doesn't adjust to show the words further down the page. It scratched the cover of a book I had borrowed from a friend. And absolutely do NOT use it for an e-reader! I see that the price is pretty low on here, I do not know what was paid for mine, as it was a gift, but I guess you get what you pay for. I don't usually write reviews, but I didn't want anyone else to get stuck with this piece of junk.
