This miracle works wonders, August 19, 2011

I play an Ovation accoustic bass guitar in our worship band at my church. The guitar sounds great but the output from the factory pick-up is week and, since I use a direct box and plug right in to the church's sound system, the sound guy has fits trying to get enough signal for a descent balance. He usually has my channel maxed out and still it's not enough. I went to local luthier, J. Thomas Davis to see about replacing the pick-up and he suggested the DI Plus. It immediately made a world of difference. I now have the volume on my guitar set about 50% and the sound guy is amazed at how great my signal is. Our worship leader called it "a game changer". I have received numerous compliments from people regarding how well they can hear the bass. I have it set not to alter the sound of my guitar just increase the signal. This is the best money I have ever spent as a musician.
