I loved this thing at first, then one day it stopped working and developed a black bubble where the wire enters the seat. Since it was only 3 months old it was still under warranty i contacted the company about a replacement, they told me one would ship out, never got it, i called again told same thing, never got it, 3 months passed several emails, faxes, even returned the seat with delivery confirmation, still nothing, no seat, no refund. so I'm out 91.00+ have no seat, and they have no customer service. Funny thing is their website says they strive to perfection and want to make their customers happy, what a load of crap, so enjoy it while it works, just hope you never need customer service or a replacement, because you wont get it!

I was sold right away...as I always have a cold butt....super easy girl installation. I did not tell my husband as he would have thought it to be silly. So when he sat on his thronehewasvery suprised. He is a tug boat captain and often comes home soaking wet and cold. I don't know why I waited so long to purchase this, other than trying to convince my wife that this would make a big difference to our "daily" routine. It took her all of two days of "oooh, aaah, hey - this feels really good!" before she admitted that for once, my shopping prowess had paid off.

The heated seat works exactly as advertised. The power supply that comes with it will raise the average seat temp to about 20 degrees above the room temp, and if your house is like ours with the temp set at just above deep freeze to save on our energy bills, this one little item will make a huge difference in your comfort level for that all important time on your throne! They even toss in an bonus extension cable so that the wiring will reach about 10 feet to the nearest outlet. The included low voltage wiring uses a small cable, so no bulky wiring to contend with. The seating surface is very comfortable on it's own, even without the heat turned on.

This unit pulls about 15-20 watts of power, about the same as two old fashioned night lights.

I absolutely love it! Just as the package reads, the seat stays warmer if you keep the cover down over the seat when not it use. No more cold toilet seat for me!!

My wife requires an heated toilet seat. It worked great. Our only issue is training our guests to put the lid down.

When I first bought the seat it did have design/quality defects -- as someone else mentioned our seat developed a black bubble where the electrical connection connected to the seat. I called the company and they shipped out a new replacement seat -- I went through 4 seats before I got one that worked for more than a year. The first time they had me send the seat back so they could figure out what failed on it, but after that they just sent replacement seats. All the failures happened with the the first or second generation of the white seat, when they came out with the almond colored seat I switched to that since almond actually matches my toilet -- the almond one I haven't had any issues for over a year. Well until today when the wire ended up fraying off near the connection to the seat, and that might be partly our fault for not having enough slack in the wire.

I highly recommend the seat. It does seems they have worked out most of the bugs with their manufacture.

I love the fit and feel of the seat. HOWEVER, the 2 units I have tried each broke within the first 12 months. The wire breaks as it inserts into the seat. The company fails to comment on the problem. Shame.

This is an awesome product if you have a poorly insulated bathroom like me. When the room is cold or you get up in the middle of the night & the thermostat is down this heated toiled seat is certainly a welcome. I just purchased a 2nd one for my downstairs bathroom. My only complaint is that the seat discolors in time, making the seat look dirty, somewhat of a yellowish color but it didn't stop me from buying another one. Very reasonable compared to others I've seen on line.

This is my 2nd winter with the Ultra Touch heated toilet seat. Its a miracle, honestly its a quality of life issue. My toilet is on an outside wall in a poorly insulated bathroom. Getting up in the middle of a winter night to use the toilet was like sitting on an iceberg, it was really uncomfortable. This gadget however, makes my life a little better. The 1st one they sent me (very quick shipping) had a smashed transformer. I called the company and another arrived within days, its been awesome ever since. I do switch to a 'standard' toilet seat for the warm months. Very short money to make life a little better, great product.

I have a log home, and the bathroom is really cold. the standard a/c adapter included made seat warm, but not warm enough. I have since ordered the stronger a/c adapter. Now its hot! i love it

I bought this for my wife to help with cold winters. She has told me on more than one occation that this is the best gift ever.
