4.0 out of 5 stars It works
I ordered a couple of these when I got the Nu-Flare Ultra- Compact 78R91AA Luxeon Rebel 90 6W LED Flashlight - Zoom Focus, Use One AA Battery 100 Lumens, Bright and Efficient from Exciting Products. Since the shipping was already covered, it was worth checking it out. Nice little keychain light with a usable keychain. It is about twice the size of the Streamlight 73001...

It is about twice the size of the Streamlight 73001 Nano Light Miniature Keychain LED Flashlight, Black and about a third as bright as the Nano, but it does have a side-mounted switch, if that is your preferance. The switch can be used "momentary-on" if pushed slightly. It is nicely plated metal, so it is more elegant than the Nano. Good value.

This is a neat little light however, it is not as bright as advertised. Also, be careful when reading reviews by customers - as one reviewer stated the light has an on/off click switch. This light does NOT have such a switch. You have to hold the button down to operate it. I bought it believing it had a click on/off switch. Not very happy. The light is well made.

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM SO THAT I CAN CHECK MY PATIENT'S OXYGEN ON THE NIGHT SHIFT AND NOT WAKE THEM UP BY TURNING A LIGHT ON. EXCELLENT ITEM!

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice Little Light, May 30, 2010

For its size this thing is pretty bright. I like the click on/click off switch, it beats having to hold the button down the whole time. It's not something that you're going to want to use for, say, spelunking, but for finding your door lock in the dark it's perfect. Nice steel construction, strong key chain retainer (as opposed to those flimsy chains you usually get), this thing feels pretty solid.

I haven't used it that much so I'm not sure of the battery life, but I'd still recommend it to anyone.

After Purchasing a larger model LED Flashlight, I wanted a smaller model to carry around with me.

After seeing and reading about this product, I Purchased it.

This Product arrived quickly and installing the Button size batteries was easy and when I turned it on I was

Amazed as to how Bright it was. I also like how it turns on with it"s click on and off button and how strong the housing is.

This is a Great Product and I'm Glad I Purchased it.

The description reads like this thing is like having the sun in your hand. Quite simply. It isn't.

This flashlight had a terrific light...for about 2 weeks. Then it died. I haven't tried to replace the batteries so there are two possibilities:

1) The batteries that came with it were lousy and the flashlight still works. Not the worst possibility but annoying.

2) Its not the batteries, its the light.

I will update when I do the battery test.
