I would suggest this book to anyone having a desire to learn more about ultralight spinning, it's simple strightforward and furnishes the reader with all the information needed to start off with ultralight fishing. The author has tried his best to put forth his views on the subject without complicating things and his techniques really work...

After reading the few reviews I thought this book was a must-read. I was so wrong. It was a complete waste of time. It might (and that's an iffy might) be good for the rank novice who's just getting into fishing. For anyone with any experience at all, and especially someone with years of ultralight experience, this book is a complete waste. You'll get a lot more for your money spent if you spend it on on lures.

This book is a clear winner for people getting into fishing in the ultra light manner. It didn't meet my needs but it would definitely fit other people who live near rivers, lakes, and streams as well as areas of exceptionally small surf areas in the east coast or possibly in Southern California.

I enjoyed reading this book it was filled with useful information and fishing techniques. The author injects just enough fishing stories and anecdotes to keep it fun. I would recommnend this book as a good resource for anyone into ultralight fishing.

It was nice to find a book dedicated to Ultralight spin fishing, but I wasnt real impressed with the authors advice/knowledge. I dont doubt that he can go out and find the fish, but it certainly didnt sound like he knew enough to be authoring a book about it.
