Book Description

Wall Calendar August 1, 2010
Feelin' groovy? This gift from the fifth dimension, a psychedelic 16-month wall calendar, features vintage black light posters from Abrams Image's "Ultraviolet", the first book to celebrate this richly colored, instantly recognizable popular art form. Author and collector Daniel Donahue, a historian of counterculture, has selected thirteen classic images from his personal poster collection. Like the book, the calendar is printed with fluorescent inks so that the pages actually glow under black light.

Includes dates such as when Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon was released, which is fun to know. Very unique and great quality calendar.

4.0 out of 5 stars UV Calendar..., March 3, 2011

This review is from: Ultraviolet 2011 Wall Calendar: 13 Posters That Glow in Blacklight (Calendar)
Very awesome black light art, it shines very bright in my black light. The only thing is, the posters are overlapped on two pages where the calendar is instead of one like most of the calendars with posters, so that means you cannot use them after you use the calendar, unless you cut the paper and that would ruin the poster underneath. So, kind of a disappointment that I wont be able to see all of them on my wall at once.
