This set of nine Snap frames are a throw-back to the polaroids of days past. Each frames is made from molded plastic with a dry-erase finish. Use any dry-erase marker (black included) to write and re-write your own personal message or name on the frame. Each frame holds one 3.5" square photo and mounts to the wall with a simple magnet-and-tack hardware combination. Available in a variety of fun colors. Well made product. I pinned a few of those on my office desk wall and it's been admired by coworkers. A magnetic mounting option would have been a good idea for placing the frames on steel surfaces.

I ordered these as they popped up at the top of a "photo maganet frame" search. They do not have magnets and are the ugliest piece of plastic junk I've ever seen. They are not sturdy and just plain cheap!

Great, cute way to display photos. Love these especially since Kodak stopped making Polaroid film.
One thing that kept me from giving these a 5 star review is that if you even nudge or knock into them a bit they fall off the wall very easily. They don't break and they go back up very easily so this isn't a huge problem at all.
Great for apartments, dorms, etc, where you're only allowed to put small pin marks in the wall.

I had a set of these and wanted more so I ordered a second set. Issue is that the new set has sticker backs, not tack backs as described on product page. Page states "Mounts to wall with simple tack (included)". I went ahead and kept the new set and put on the wall. Now they're falling down. Really wish it had come with tack backs as described. Now I'm trying to contact Umbra directly to see if I can order the tacks.

I love these frames and they are a great addition to my living room photo collection. The design improved from when I bought them a few years ago and now they are easier to hang on the wall. Both sets have held up through multiple moves and re-hangings. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

I meant to purchase the red ones but was perfectly happy with the black one. I attached magnets to them to put on the fridge. They look super cute with pictures of my daughter in them :)

Loved how these look like Polaroid's. I wanted to give the family a picture fridge magnet of my newborn, so I added little magnets to the back of each Polaroid. I used the "Applied Magnets ® 100 Rare Earth Neodymium Magnets 1/4" X 1/16" Discs" and they fit perfectly in the hole in the back made for the tape. My family loved it, and it was way more original than a regular fridge magnet.

I work at a small pediatric clinic, and we wanted these to put on a large cork board for our "client of the month." They do not stay on! I can't imagine it being much better on a textured wall, because they are relatively heavy for the light adhesive you are supposed to use it with. I even tried using masking tape on the back as extra support, and it just kept coming off. Another oddity is how far the pictures lean forward. You can tell they lean a little bit in this photo, but they really lean far off the wall, and there is nothing holding the top half off.
A positive is that you can write on the thick part with dry erase or chalk markers, and it comes off very easily.
