Here we go again ..... another case of product information that is far off base - an outright lie.
I bought this soap pump exclusively for the fact that the description says "Made with stainless steel rust-free pump". The pump is 100% PLASTIC!!! It's going back to Amazon in a flash. You can avoid this deception because of my experience. And now I must continue my search for a decent quality soap pump, if one exists. I rated this as 3 stars then subtracted one star for the lie. By the way, this thing is huge and won't fit on your back sink edge next to the sprayer - unless your sink has no rimmed edge. Cheers, Jeff

Most convenient dispenser I've found so far,
By Horsegal JPJ (New York, USA) - See all my reviews

I'm on my second Joey after the first [yes, plastic] pump deteriorated, but that was after 3 and 1/2 years. That's not an especially laudable longevity, but I otherwise like the Joey so much that I got another one anyway. (The whole Joey: ridiculously, there's no Umbra replacement pump part. A substitution, however, could probably have been found.) Yes it's rather big - the base is 4" front-to-back and 3" side-to-side - but I could not find another dispenser that also holds the sponge, a convenience I now require. It does fit on the corner of the lip of my sink just fine. The pocket is only 1+3/4" deep (top-to-bottom) so regarding 'Grandma's' claim, I can't imagine how anyone could store a toothbrush and toothpaste and timer and floss in there: absolutely no way, as they would just fall over and out (except for the floss). But it holds one sponge or Dobie reasonably well. Don't expect any more than that. The dispenser holds a lot of soap/detergent, so you rarely have to refill it. I bought mine in white, through Amazon.
