Worked Great!,

This review is from: Umbra Mission 24-Inch-by-36-Inch Double Tension Drapery Rod, Darjeeling Bronze (Kitchen)
I had just put new windows in my home and discovered that the new windows were wider then the old ones. All of the shades that I previously had did not fit. While I was deciding on a painter, I needed something to cover the bedroom windows for the sake of privacy. These tension curtain rods were perfect. No drilling, no worries of marring the unpainted wood, they fit the bill perfectly! In fact, I like them so much, even with the windows now painted, I think that I will keep them!

Shower Rod,

Our package arrived promptly and without damage. The shower rod is lovely and adds a great touch to our bathroom. The strength of the tension could be better. This double rod allows two curtains and the weight of them does cause the rod to pull forward as though it wants to fall off. The sticky pad on the inside of the corner helps some, so maybe a stronger glue would solve the problem. We make it work better by keeping one curtain pulled to one side and the other curtain to the opposite side of the rod. This helps with the pulling. With a little adjusting, I would recommend this rod as it is really pretty and we do love it!

Great look...sturdy,

These rods are nice and sturdy and look great without ruining the new trim we have up. The only problem I am having is on 2 of my windows as the surface is not flat where the rod presses against the window...there is a difference in the surface of about a 1/8 of an inch so I am not getting full tension on these. I plan on adding some "filler" to this area and hopefully that will help as the other windows seem to have no problem.
