Erika Finn is a freelance writer with a Master's Degree from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Finn founded the Tattoo Removal Support group on Yahoo! in 2002. After doing extensive research on the subject, she underwent laser tattoo removal for a large tattoo on her back. Ms. Finn lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband, daughter, and their two loving pets.

I bought this book for my husband, who is thinking about getting his first tattoo (of our son's footprint on his arm). The book has a lot of advice regarding getting tattoos as well as removing them, so I wasn't disappointed. The author even states she didn't do enough research before getting her tattoo - it would have been easier to remove if she had.

This book contains a lot of much-needed info that is hard to find in one place anywhere else.

I found this to be a great book. It's got a lot of information that's easily digestible. I needed to learn about my options quickly and this gave me all the right tools before I decided to consult a doctor.. I felt like I was on the same page as the dermatologist when I went into the office.

I purchased this book to get educated on all of my options on getting a tattoo removed. It was an enjoyable read despite the uncomfortable topic. It was thorough without being confusing. It is something I would recommend to everyone who is considering getting a tat or who may one day get it removed. I have looked for a book on this topic for awhile now, and I am highly pleased with this one! Thanks!
