5.0 out of 5 stars What a memorable story!, June 15, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Unaccompanied Sonata (Paperback)
I read this wonderful story nearly 20 years ago in an issue of Omni magazine. (Is it still around?...) Card uses a minimum of description and narrative to capture the full spectrum of joy, loss and the creative spirit. When I was done I felt I could almost hear the "sugar-songs" of the protaganist. To paraphrase Einstein, the worst fate for someone who rebels against authority is to become one. Hope you like this story as well as I did.
