THE mochi cookbook,

My mom is from Hawaii and has had this book for years, but I'm very happy to find it on Amazon so I can get my own copy. There are TONS of recipes in here for all different kinds of mochi, ranging from basic recipes to creative Hawaiian versions with poi, different flavors like strawberry, etc. There are no pictures and the instructions are very short. But I would guess there are 100+ recipes in the book so it's definitely worth it. It's a self-published cookbook so you won't find it in stores. This is like having a bunch of recipes specially compiled from homemakers across the Hawaiian islands...just excellent!
