I was looking for a new graphic novel to read the other day. I made a complete impulse buy when I came across, Unbeatable. I really had no expectations going in, but I was hoping for an interesting plot and some good illustration.

I was completely blown away by what I had stumbled upon. The previews of this book do not do it justice. The art is stunning. It really is like nothing I have seen before. It is rare to find a good origin tale these days. The character development is fantastic and you truly find yourself pulling for the hero. I won't give away the ending (which caught me by complete surprise), but if you are looking for a great plot with twists and turns then this is the book for you.

I grabbed this book off my boyfriend's bookshelf on a whim. I liked it much better than his spiderman & batman stuff. It was a complete story, with cool surprises and lots of hidden meanings. I think the art is amazing. A cool paint-like style mixed with sharp cartoon lines. It's unique. I had a lot of fun discussing the book with my BF afterwards, which is one of the reasons I felt compelled to give "Unbeatable" two thumbs up.

This is hands down the best comic I have read this year! It's refreshing to read a story where the main character is completely developed. The eye-popping artwork, and the story will keep you clue to it's paging from start to finish. This is a must read for any comic book fan.

I found this to be a fun and highly enjoyable read. The artwork and graphics are impressive. He did a great job of producing this graphic novel. Most enjoyable was the unique story and colorful characters. I'm looking forward to the next book. I highly recommend this comic to you!

Unbeatable is wonderfully written, illustrated and surprising inspirational read. Having not read comic books since spiderman received his black costume during Secret Wars I wasn't sure what to expect from this book. At the insistence of a friend I read this and found myself unable to put it down. The comic is very adult in nature but stresses the notion that capability is merely the product of determination and a lack of fear. The illustrations are a perfect compliment to a wonderfully written story. I look forward to future releases from this up and coming author.

Unbeatable is one of the best comic books I've ever read! I really enjoyed the story and all of the action. I couldn't put it down. Thanks for creating a great comic book!

Unbeatable is a unique concept and a truly original idea in the graphic novel genre. The book had a fantastic story line, the action was fast paced, engaging and most importantly the book had a great ending.

I would recommend Unbeatable to anyone who wants to be taken along for a great ride.
