Vampires, witches, and Greek gods oh my! This book in my opinion was even better than the first one, and that's saying a lot because I loved that one. I spent the entire book being torn between Ben and Hades, just like Toni. I loved how everything was connected, it was such a great read! Lola James is really on to something with this series, and I for one cannot wait until the next book comes out.

Read the first book of this series - Bound to Remember, and really enjoyed it.
Rushed out as soon as I finished to purchase this second installment and have to say that I was really disappointed. The storyline jumps all over the place - past and present twist into an indistiguishable mass, events occur without explanation - characters pop in and out for no apparent reason.
I am a big paranormal/fantasy fan and liked the thought behind this story, but found it's presentation lacking...

After being release from a centuries old spell Toni finds herself torn between Hades, the lover of her past life and Ben, her heart's desire of the present. Greek Gods and paranormal forces clash as Toni struggles with love, betrayal and her newly rediscovered identity. Readers are in for plenty of surprises, steamy sex scenes and unexpected twists.

More About the Author

Lola James has been reading romance novels since her teens, and fell in love with the paranormal after discovering Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. Her love of the dark worlds of vampires and witches, as well as her fascination with Greek mythology led her to create the Spellbound Series, an ongoing Paranormal Romance combining all of the above into tales of suspense with a little bit of humor in an Urban Fantasy setting.

A long time lover of reading and writing with a passion for a great story, James became discouraged by the complicated and arbitrary publishing process, James had initially set down her laptop and her hopes of being a writer. However, with the purchase of her first e-reader, James became re-energized by the new possibilities for an undiscovered author to reach the masses. Dusting off her keyboard she finally finished Bound to Remember, the first book of the Spellbound Series and self-published it.
