2.0 out of 5 stars BRI out of reading material?, May 17, 2007
This review is from: Uncle John's Bathroom Reader Wonderful World of Odd (Uncle John's Bathroom Readers) (Paperback)
As a long time fan of Uncle John and the BRI, I am sorry to say that I was disappointed by this one. The writing is not as good as the other books in the BRI library, nor is the information. I would unhesitatingly recommend the other volumes by Uncle John to anyone...but, sorry, not this one. it seems that BRI is running out of fodder.

I just love reading these books. My Uncle John library is growing by leaps and bounds. The daily bits of trivia I read are helping to keep my mind sharp as I struggle to remember and re-tell the interesting stories I read. Keep them coming, please. I am so looking forward to the book about music coming out next month. Thanks Uncle John.

5.0 out of 5 stars Bathroom reader at it again, November 8, 2008
This review is from: Uncle John's Bathroom Reader Wonderful World of Odd (Uncle John's Bathroom Readers) (Paperback)
The bathroom readers are always filled with very interesting stories, this one is no exception. Filled with stories such as the mysterious deaths of lots of people and animals around a lake in Africa this book will keep you entertained for hours.
