Risotto can be time consuming and tricky - sometimes hard/sometimes mush. As a caterer, I found this product to be failsafe. I could not find it in my local grocery stores, I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. In just a few minutes you can actually make the best risotto ever. You can reheat leftovers and it is still fantastic. If you love risotto you really have to try this!
