This product has nothing whatsoever of educational value, and certainly does not support the "increase and diffusion of geographic knowledge". How in the heck does using a cheapo slingshot that shoots foam balls supposedly do that, anyway? As a slingshot, this toy is extremely poorly designed as well. Note that the sling part is attached to each "earth ball". Whoever dreamed up this "educational" product will likely next come up with "Earth Monkey Poo Discovery Roll", a.k.a. toilet paper.

I actually bought this in store, after finally being able to see it and form an opinion. My kids love it! It's really sturdy. The balls are a little harder than I expected, but that helps them a) not fall apart, and b) fly farther. It's has an old fashioned charm that helps take kids outdoors to discover fun outside of the TVs and gaming systems. It's a little hard for my 4 year old to load on the balls, but it's just the right size for him to hold, aim, and fire. It even comes with a little (plastic) carabiner so it can be carried on a belt or bag or other toy to be a true adventurer. Great imaginative toy, just make sure the kids use it outdoors and aim away from other people, lol!

I bought one of these at a local store and wound up returning it. I don't understand how this is supposed to be educational. It's essentially a poorly made sling shot. Is a kid supposed to learn by shooting things?

The design is awful. The little balls have the elastic attached to the ball. This seems like an attempt at making sure it's not used for slinging rocks or other hard things. In the end it just makes the whole thing harder to use.

I think it would be better to buy an actually educational toy if that's what you want. If you want a slingshot, get a real one. This one is terrible.

I was looking for something for my nephew for his birthday that he could have fun with yet not hurt himself or anything with and this did the trick.

My 3 year old can't figure out how to shoot it (and he's a bright kid).
