I have been on a version of the 3 Hour Diet for the summer and this product played a big part of my 30 pound weight loss. It fills you up with lots of fiber and other good things and cuts all cravings. I'd ususally have a bar about 10 each morning and not really be hungry for lunch at 1. However, that's the secret--eat on time even if you're not hungry. I love Uncle Sam. The cereal is good for you too!

So delicious. I wish Amazon would find a vendor to supply these again. I used to get them delivered through the subscribe and save program but they were recently discontinued. I agree with the other reviewer that these are helpful for supporting weight loss and once you eat one you are not hungry for several more hours. Highly recommended!
