Justin has matured!,
By SiStar Tea "ARC Book Club Inc." (Bronx, NYC) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Unconditional (Paperback)
We pick up with Justin Vaughn and Shantel aka Tae moving back south from Chicago to Atlanta. Tae is a ride or die wife. When Justin ups and leaves a very lucrative job and she has to handle the bills all by herself she does so without complaining. Justin does come into his own; he has a career change and becomes the king of his household once again, with Tae the queen. Justin has really grown up since the last book and has become quite the gentleman. I was expecting a marriage on extremely rocky terms considering how this marriage all came about. I won't tell if they stay together or not, but it was fun to read along and see how they dealt with their marital problems. I will say the turn of events and the supporting role of Tae's sister Gwen and Justin's son Justice adds to the spice of the story. Gwen, Tae's too hot sister comes to live with them so they can provide stability. While Justice is still reeling from the death of his mother we see the teenage antics he goes through.Author Jay Tyvon has done it again. He tells an interesting story that kept me tuned in to what he had to say. I was awed with the emotions he portrays throughout these characters. I could feel what they were going through and it made for good reading. I am still overjoyed with the length of the book as 300+ pages which is a dying commodity in this day and age an extra plus with the great story line. Once again I will say I will be looking forward to the next novel penned by Mr. Tyvon SiStar Tea ARC Book Club Inc. 4.5 Star rating |
