Biography

The Beginning By Sam Endicott

I grew up in DC and my life began with punk rock. I was all about the “harDCore” scene, Dischord records, DIY, and all that. Fugazi was my favorite band; I’ve seen them over 100 times.

John is from Santa Barbara. He surfs. He grew up on SoCal punk rock and 60’s reggae. He has an unsettlingly encyclopedic knowledge of early Jamaican reggae—Desmond Decker, The Wailers,… Read more in Amazon's The Bravery Store

3.0 out of 5 stars a non-album track and a remix of "honest mistake", September 13, 2005

This review is from: Unconditional Pt.2 (Audio CD)
this is another mixed bag. Not particularly my favorite non-album track by the group, Oh Glory is a slow noisy rocker with not much in the way of a catchy melody. The 7 minute Disconet remix of Honest Mistake has an old new wave remix feel to it, but it's rather slow, and the lead vocal is drowned in digital effects. Good to have these songs for hardcore fans though, and I'd get them while they're still around.
