The dimensions are okay for my needs. holds a 17inch laptop plus gym gear, a large lunch, or a few books.

Pocket placement looks stylish but is impractical and the design actually wastes good space on the bag.

The top is narrow and awkward feeling around the shoulder area for those in the XL XXL category. I'll revisit the "feeling" after taking this on a long ride, hike or day trip.

Very spacious and stylish! Lots of pockets and dividers! Heavy duty construction. Great color, shoulder mount comfy and good handle as well.

Used by high school sophomore. Loves it. Seems better made than the varsity model he's had in the past. Says straps have much better padding too.

The Under Armour Adult Surge Backpack is excellent! The shoulder padding is perfect and there's plenty of room for my laptop.

Awesome price... awesome product.. awesome shipping... very pleased with this product. My daughter was very excited to receive this as one of her Christmas items.

Except for the exceptionally huge packaging of Amazon, the backpack was just what I expected. Just the right size for an overnight or 2-day trip. Could also use this as a secondary bag for longer out of town trips. Lots of useful zipped pockets. Solidly built and elegant but understated navy color. Laptop sleeve has adequate space for a 13 inch laptop. Adequately padded straps and good sized top handle.

I bought this bookbag because of the price and the fact it was made by UnderArmour. It was obviously on sale. I received my package in the mail today, and it was just as I was hoping it would be.....perfect for what I was looking for. I am planning a trip to Florida very soon and I wanted to take a carry on bag and a backpack that would hold my computer (Acer) and my other small electronic items. This bag is just right for me! Obviously, being made by UnderArmour, I'm sure of the quality. When I return, I'm sure I will have to relinquish it to one of my Grandkids for school, but that's OK, I'll get it back when I need it, and it will be around for awhile. Thanks to Amazon and UnderArmour!

The bag was very nice, but it was a little too small for a laptop computer and books for class. Instead, I got a different model and it works much better. As always, Under Armour's quality is nothing to worry about.
