I've been listening to this practically non-stop since I got it yesterday. The entire album, not just a few songs, is fabulous. His voice is very melodic, and the music is varied. I don't know why they classified this as "folk". Some songs are more mellow, but I wouldn't classify it as folk. He does us a lot of acoustic guitar. But if you like Coldplay, Death Cab for Cutie, Snow Patrol, or Howie Day, you'll like Carey Brothers.

I snagged this album on amazon when it was one of the 5 dollar deals because I love "Blue Eyes" by Cary, which was featured on the "Garden State" soundtrack. And I haven't been disappointed with my purchase! If you're a fan of Ingrid Michaelson, Sara Bareilles, Joshua Radin, and Mat Kearney, you'll like this album too.
