4.0 out of 5 stars Misleading title February 7, 2013
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
I agree, this is a good CD. A collection of music chosen and commented on by members of UB40. To look at the album cover you would swear that it was a UB40 recording, but the track list gives it away. Nevertheless, this is mostly good music, well worth a listen. And the price was right!

4.0 out of 5 stars A Nice Compilation, but not UB40 Recordings May 25, 2007
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
As the track listing indicates, this is a compilation of favorite recordings by other artists chosen by the members of UB40. Not remixes, dubs, or updates - the original recordings. All good stuff, though.

UB40's latest album WHO YOU FIGHTING FOR (2005) is truly great; on-your-feet-and-dance reggae, sing-a-long reggae, love songs, protest songs, and more. Probably the greatest album they've ever done, and I have them all. Go get it. UB40 should still be international superstars, although several recent albums have not even been released in the U.S. It's hard to believe the UB's have been around almost 30 years and still sound so fine.
