Just remixes and remakes and a few new ones but I can listen to this record straight for hours. Her voice so soulful and rich and the music is easy to groove too. I love all of Alice Russel music and this album is right up there with the rest.

Blown away, June 14, 2008

A long slow build, the best kind! Can't believe how good this music is. Superb musicianship, a range of styles - soul, jazz, reggae, funk ... and a great voice! Not afraid to leave spaces, travel at her own pace. As others have commented, the music is creative, interesting. Love it !!!
