The "pockets" of this organizer are not fully sealed - they aren't sealed on all three sides and the plastic stretches. So if you pick it up after you fill it, your shoes fall out of the slots and pile up in the middle or to the side.

My solution? Lay the organizer flat on the floor BEFORE you put in all your shoes and never pick it up. The zipper works well, the plastic doesn't tear - the quality of the materials is good for the price. But it's not well-made in my opinion if you can't pick it up without having to reorganize the contents again.

the divider walls don't hold up well, so this would be frustrating for frequent use. I'm using it for dress shoes that I rarely access, so it will do just fine. I'll keep looking for the every day shoes.

The description says for under-the-bed storage and that is all I would recommend it for. The dividers and not attached to the bottom and if you move it everything slides together.
