Book Description

All submissive women long to find expression for their submissive side, but they may not want the whole world to know yet. Or ever.

That’s why this book of games exists for you to play. Games that provide fun and enjoyment, and exercise for your submissive tendencies.

From the Preface:

This book is written primarily for submissive women, from a dominant man's perspective. It will still largely apply to male submissives as well.

All references to Doms can also apply to Dommes.

Some readers have commented that I have written this book as a clever way of recruiting online submissives for my personal enjoyment.

To this, I would say:

Yeah, I wish.

;)

The reality is that I have received a few correspondences from readers expressing their appreciation for this simple book.

I didn't write it to garner hook-ups with fresh subs. I wrote it to share the joy.

This is not to say that I do not practice long-distance control; I do. But the primary reason of this little book is to share the fun with those who perhaps are unable to live the sub life out in the open.

To an experienced sub in a full-time, live-in, 24/7 relationship, this book may seem "lite".

To other subs – the curious, the uninitiated, the beginner, the simply shy – this book has been a welcome resource.

To all of us, I would say: take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy the read, the ride, the lifestyle.

If it ain't fun, what's it for?

Like the reviewer before me, I am not impressed by this book. First of all, the whole premise is problematic--the fact that it's written by a male Dom directed at female submissives who clearly have little or no BDSM experience makes it seem like he's trolling for new playthings, and inexperienced ones at that (yikes). I don't know if that's an accurate portrayal of the kind of person he is, but if not, he really needs to put a lot more thought into his writing because, as is, it's sort of overly-specific. It might as well be titled, "7 Things Submissive Women Can Do That I Personally Enjoy."

Second, some of this stuff is not smart--many forms of self-bondage are unsafe and dangerous, even if it doesn't seem that way. Do not tie yourself up, seriously. Even if it sounds fun (and it kinda does), if something goes wrong, you're in big trouble. As a Dom, I am responsible for my submissive's safety and well-being, after all, and that includes keeping an eye on them if there's anything like that involved. This is the main reason why I'm writing this review - just to say, whoa, maybe not.

Third, the whole idea of a "submissives how-to" kinda defeats the purpose of being submissive, at least from my perspective as a Dom. The stuff that he suggests in this book, like I said in my first paragraph, is stuff that he probably likes, but it may just be irrelevant depending on the relationship. It's no replacement for actually talking to your Dom -- believe me, we probably have suggestions for you, haha.

Is there a reason I can't give this thing an actual rating of 0 stars? 1 will have to do I suppose.

I'm guessing since this thing has 3 other 5 star reviews, that the author has paid for reviews b/c this "book" was certainly not 5 stars, it doesn't even warrant the 1 I've given it.

With tips like "go naked" (meaning not to wear any underclothes in public), a push to masturbate in public several times (which I for one know my Master would have my rear for), make a Ginger plug (please, what sub or Dom doesn't know about ginger and it's effects) and the ever so intelligent tip of "Have your Dom order you to do kegels or cum on command." (really? REALLY?), it's useless. Btw, I just told you 4 of the 7 tips you'll find in this thing. 2 of the other 3 are just as useless, although the remaining one MAY do some good for someone who was VERY new to a bdsm lifestyle although even that was pretty useless for anyone with half an imagination who can figure out that tying one leg to the bed is a "form" of self bondage that's safe to sleep in.

Oh and at the end? The author is certain to tell you that he loves all submissives, that he loves you and even adds his email address in case you're looking for a play partner.

It's infantile, it's TOO basic for even the most basic sub, it was written nothing more than to give off the impression that all Dom's must not be smart enough to be doing this stuff anyhow. I know that if I brought any of these up to my Master, He'd think I was nuts..why? Because they were either things I already knew or things I figured out in the first week of being with Him. It's a cheap and public way for this "dom" "author" to find an online play partner.

I want my .99 back.
