I purchased this CD because I heard "Summertime" played on the radio. Once I heard it I absolutely had to find out where to get it in a hurry. You can't possibly listen to Weisberg's rendition without your body wanting to move with the music -- it's possibly the best I've ever heard. The other pieces are in keeping with this quality of performance. It seems as though Weisberg put everything he had into each and every selection! It moves from sultry to exotic to pure jazz, forming one dynamic listening experience. Wonderful!

After receiving this CD, I first played tracks 10 ~ SLOW HOT WIND ~and 11~ REVERIE only... over and over.
I am particular about what I want to hear and these two songs are the reason for the purchase.
These two songs encompass Tim's sensual side; an album which listeners understand about his time in.

I met James Galway years ago and recommended Tim's music to him.
He told me he had never heard of Tim Weisberg and I replied that,years ago,Tim recommended HIS(Galway's )music to me. Mr.Galway was very gracious and grateful...
So I recommend to any of you~ the music of both Galway and Weisberg.
Was wonderful to meet both of them in my lifetime and spend time chatting with them.
