Sounds good to me, February 26, 2009

At first listening, it sounds great but a bit dated - like early '60's Chuck Berry in the studio might be. I'd believe 1958 Chicago, as my front insert also states. The music is simple and clear. There's some hint of Luther's "talking" guitar work, but everything is short and sweet and "studio" with only one 4 1/2 minute tune. If you have to have everything by Luther, get this but don't expect to be too turned on by it.
