Understated... and under-rated,

Cedar Walton has been there and played with the jazz pantheon. Yet, in spite of his great body of work-- both as sideman and leader-- he remains one of the most under-rated jazz giants of the past 50 years. This CD once again proves why Mr. Walton is so deserving of praise and admiration-- his sense of taste, timing, swing and versatility are all evidenced on this wonderful album. Highly recommended.

A great performance, one of the great players of our time recording some beautiful music, like, Skylard, and Milestones, etc,. Each time you listen, you may hear something you sort of missed the time before.It s five star.
