About the Author

Dr. Christopher Roland is a Principal at Roland/Diamond Associates, Inc., of Hancock, New Hampshire, an organizational development consulting company. For the past fifteen years he has partnered with a wide-range of organizations in the development and implementation of change strategies. Chris has an extensive background in the design of experiential stand-alone programs as well as integrating experiential segments within existing training curricula. Chris received his Ed.D. in Instructional Development from Boston University with his dissertation entitled "The Transfer of an Outdoor Managerial Training Program to the Work Place."

Dr. Richard Wagner is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Business and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including Human Resource Management, Training & Development and Compensation & Selection Systems. Dick received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Indiana University. His background includes ten years as a Corporate Training Director with Texaco, Inc., SCOA Industries and TSC, Inc.

Robert Weigand is the Manager of Training and Organizational Development at St. Lukes Hospital, Bethleham, Pennsylvania. He is responsible for the design, development and implementation of management education. His use of experiential processes fosters the growth of a multi-disciplinary management team that support a continued focus on critical thinking, problem solving and change management. Bob received his M.A. from Assumption College, Worcester, Massachusetts.
