I purchased this book for my daughter who is homeschooled and wants to be an attorney. This book is meant for high school students. It is a wonderful text with great, true-to-life examples and even real case studies. The book is divided in sections that are easy to manage and understand. We both enjoyed it and learned a lot. I would recommend it.
