This review is from: Understanding Law in a Changing Society (Paperback)
This book is a great utility for understanding how and why court decisions are rendered and what goes in to a Judge or Judges' decision-making. It shows, uniquely, how each case falls in to a type of civil offense and how they follow certain laws, precedents, or create new laws. A definite must-have in seeing a wide range of real court cases.
