Excellent big picture of operator business,

In the years past, it used to be very difficult to find credible discussions related to business models and the impact of technology on how they change. This book changes that by addressing this issue in an elegant framework. The business cases that were familiar and conversant only to small select teams of secretive marketing people inside large network equipment companies like nortel, ericcson and nokia have now been made open and explained to all in lucid ways. This could be a great textbook for a technoeconomics for communication networks course.
