This book is great if you're trying to understand the basics of a computer. It's written in a great language that is very easy to understand. Basic conversation language really. A great start to understanding computers!

I've read only the first couple chapters of this book so far. I needed it for my Computers class. I like it very much as of now. It's very up to date. It has boxes where they interview different types of people regarding different issues with computers and technology. I think overall it's a great introductory book.
